“It was a complete disaster from the very beginning, left waiting in the cold as they tried to get the last unlucky lot off, so didnt set off at correct time …they had obviously overbooked and that meant around 15 couples were made to sit at the top of the boat the whole time with no food or drinks. in a non romantic setting unlike downstairs, if it weren’t for a nice Irish couple with alcohol pop in their bag we would of had nothing. Told to sit down anytime I tried to ask what was going on, I imagine the conditions and food are better in prison. The owner…”
