“Great concert whilst you are making a visit to the castle complex. We watched the changing of the guards and then wandered over. Although it was hot outside, the room had fans and therefore was cool enough. We aren’t music experts so I can’t say how technically good the musicians are but it was beautiful to listen to. It’s a great venue to get lost in the music and we found the hour to be enough!”

“There are no representatives for this company to help so it’s a case of fathom it out yourself. The qr is not to get in places. There is no ‘meeting point’. You just go to the queues but with the e ticket send on WhatsApp. This was clarified after speaking to numerous guides there. Golden lane great. Cathedral beautiful. Palace a disappointing. Company could do with clearer communication on arrival”
